I'm currently working on a gunner as well. Walt's Trooper Factory (WTF) has a helmet kit and Radu has one he assembles. WTF is a group on facebook you should check out. Radu has a post here on the forum. I chose WTF and am having them assemble it because they have such an active and supportive community. I wanted to use my money to support them. I think Radu is a little cheaper but has a longer turn around time. I hear nothing but positive things about both makers. I'm know there are other makers out there, but those are the ones that come to mind.

I would say anywhere between $200-$250 for an assembled bucket and 170-180 range for a raw kit.
